Context-Sensitive Mental Model Aggregation in a Second-Order Adaptive Network Model for Organisational Learning

Organisational learning processes often exploit developed individual mental models in order to obtain shared for the organisation by some form of unification or aggregation. The focus this paper is on aggregation process, which may depend a number contextual factors. It shown how second-order adaptive network model can be used process context-dependent manner.
